A native to St. Louis, Colleen has made her way across Missouri, residing in St. Peters, Columbia, Kansas City and back again to the St. Louis metro area. In recent years she discovered the charm of living in communities like Webster Groves, Maplewood & Richmond Heights and currently makes her home in the North Hampton neighborhood - back to her roots inside the city limits!
This inclination to get to know and love the various nooks & crannies of St. Louis lead to a great interest and enthusiasm for houses and the real estate business thus prompting Colleen to attain her license in 2006. The John Jackson & Associates team made perfect sense to her (having bought two homes from John previously & enjoying the experience immensely) so she joined the team in January 2008.
Colleen enjoys helping buyers navigate the neighborhoods of St. Louis to find their perfect house. A Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, earned in 2009 through extensive coursework, gives her additional knowledge and tools to protect and assist clients throughout the process.
When she's not showing homes, Colleen enjoys perennial & herb gardening, taking care of her furry felines, tasting her way through the local restaurant scene and touring the city via bicycle or running shoes.
 
Susan Dahlin, Buyer Specialist/Office Manager
Susan's love for "all things real estate" began in 1995 after a major relocation with her husband's job. During the next ten years, they bought and sold four houses. Another relocation to St. Louis in July 2005 was the inspiration she needed to get her real estate license and join RE/MAX Suburban and eventually John Jackson & Associates in January 2007.
Susan's strengths are her organizational skills and sincere desire to help people. With a background in interior design, marketing & event planning, she draws on these skills to help buyers through the home buying process.
Having lived in Pennsylvania, Florida, and Toronto (Canada), Susan understands both the excitement and stress associated with relocating and choosing the perfect neighborhood & home.
Susan now lives in Des Peres. Married for over 20 years to husband, Tom, they are very excited to be living in this great city and raising their family here; especially since Tom was born in St. Louis and most of his family still lives in the area too. They have three children. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, walking her labradoodles, managing her son's hockey team, and spending time at home with her family.
